• Work as a Full Time Computed Tomography Tech at the VA Medical Center in Decatur, GA

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical exams and procedures following the determined scope of practice
• Review and record patient history and clinical data
• Obtain images for interpretation by a physician
• Exercise judgment in diagnostic and therapeutic services
• Conduct quality control checks on equipment
• Provide patient care and communication during exams/procedures

Qualifications

• Current ARRT Certification in CT and Basic Life Support certification
• Graduate of an approved program in Radiologic Technology or Sonography
• Certification by ARRT/ARDMS
