    We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients in the subacute setting. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

    **Job Summary:**

    • Provide direct patient care to assigned patients in the subacute unit.
    • Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
    • Educate patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and health promotion.

    **Requirements:**

    • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
    • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
    • National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association).
    • At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a similar setting.
    • Preferred: National Certification in area of specialty.
