MCE Social Capital is seeking a Chief Financial Officer with deep expertise in the financial aspects of lending/investing.

This leader will bring excellent business acumen and strong interpersonal skills to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, leadership team, and Board in driving MCE forward in achieving its mission focused on impact opportunities at the nexus of climate and gender.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic financial thinker, highly organized, collaborative, and process-oriented with the ability to elevate the finance and accounting function through the creation of strong systems, structures, and processes that support MCEs growth in a scalable way.

MCEs Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a significant leadership role in the next stage of the organizations evolution.

In order to meet the demand for its capital and accelerate impact, MCE has scaled assets under management in recent years to $75M, with $100M in available capital commitments as a result of the recent closing of the MCE Empowering Sustainable Agriculture fund.
