Job Details
DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital stands out for its comprehensive services, including a heart center, cancer care, and joint replacement programs. As a Ultrasound Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will lead a team of Ultrasound Technologists, ensuring the efficient operation of the department and maintaining high-quality standards. You will also be responsible for compliance with regulations and continuous performance improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
1. Must be registered by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARMDS) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Sonography (S).
2. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support – Healthcare Provider (BLS) certification required.
3. Two or more years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
Skills Required
1. Strong analytical and clinical skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in operating ultrasound equipment and computers.
4. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Good physical stamina and dexterity.
