- Five (5) years of Industrial Construction Project Management/Estimating preferred
- Experience at using HCSS Heavybid Estimating program a plus
- Knowledge of steel erection, concrete, building fit-outs, electrical and processing systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and/or CAD drawings
- Ability to travel to managed local job sites weekly or as required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Teams
- Familiarity with Project Management Software such as Sage/Timberline
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, follow through on assignment with minimal direction and set priorities--which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities--and to perform under deadlines with frequent interruptions

The Construction Project Manager/Estimator has responsibility to estimate, manage and complete projects Safely, providing a quality job that is within budget, that meets schedule requirements while maintaining Client satisfaction.
Essential Functions

•Is the main contact with Client during Estimating, Pre-construction and Construction phases of project
•Travel to Client sites to review projects for bidding, prepare the bid documents,and submit to the Client
•Review and approve subcontracts.
•Purchase and schedule the necessary project materials within budget
•Prepare and update project schedules with General Superintendent
•Price, submit, record, and track all Client Change Order requests
•Review and prepare monthly Gross Profit report on each active project
•Coordinate with General Superintendent and Site Foremen on site activities
•Prepare Client Invoices in a timely manner
