    **Shipping Operator (Forklift Driver)**

    Warehouse operators must have at least 5 years driving a forklift and 2 years' hands-on experience working in a warehouse environment. The person for this job must:

    Work 12 hour shifts, flexible to work day or night (most likely, starting shifts will be 4 pm 4 am (alternating shifts Week 1 (4 days), Week 2 (3 days) - in some cases, the shift may be 4 am - 4 pm

    Able to operate computer equipment (scan gun and SAP)

    Work OT as required

    Learn quickly, proactive in efforts to improve warehouse operations

    Work well with others in a team environment (frequent, effective, and quick communication)

    Positive attitude

    Safety awareness

    Pay close attention to detail and alerts supervision if issues come up

    Maintain a clean and safe environment for themselves and their peers

    Take an active role in the department, to include provide/receive training, critical problem solving, and striving to be a top performer with optimal production numbers

    Arrive for work on time for the start of the shifts

    Follow safety rules and operational procedures

    People who are team oriented and productive
