Your Solution Partner .Elmas HR Team is executing an impactful human capital strategy aligned with our accelerated growth and diversification business plan, including transformation.

We have an exciting opportunity for a proven Business Partner to round out the Americas Team. The position is onsite- located in Fremont, CA and will report to the Head of Human Resources Americas.
This is a strategic, as well as operational role.

The HRBP will be integral to executing HRs business-aligned strategy, partnering with business leaders, managing the delivery of quality HR services, and fostering a culture in which everyone is respected, valued, and provided opportunities to reach their full potential.

Your leadership will have an important impact on positioning Elma for continued growth and success.

Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or related fieldSHRM
