    Your Responsibilities:

    1. Cultivating Therapeutic Environments: Foster and grow the therapeutic environments within our residential setting, supporting youth in their therapeutic journey and promoting resilience.
    2. Expert Treatment Services: Use evidenced-based trauma informed care strategies to support youth in achieving their personal and therapeutic goals through individual, group, and family therapy.
    3. Crisis Intervention: Employ strategic de-escalation and crisis management techniques to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.
    4. Leadership in Innovative Practices: Lead the charge in implementing innovative practices in trauma-informed care, contributing to the ongoing evolution of our therapeutic approaches.
    5. Engaging Client Interaction: Help clients apply learned skills in daily life by providing intervention and support during school hours, leisure time, and socialization.
    6. Active Participation in Team Dynamics: Participate actively in team meetings and collaborative endeavors, offering insightful contributions and facilitating constructive dialogue.
    7. Advocacy and Support: Advocate tirelessly for the needs of our youth, providing support and guidance to facilitate their journey towards growth and healing.
    8. Clear and Effective Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with colleagues and community partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
    9. Thorough Documentation: Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.

    Your Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field, such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling, from an accredited institution. Professional licensure (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC) required.
    2. Proven experience in therapeutic intervention and crisis management within a clinical setting, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in challenging situations. A commitment to trauma-informed, evidenced based, and LGBTQ+ affirming care.
    3. A commitment to continuous learning and growth, with a passion for implementing evidence-based practices in trauma-informed care.
    4. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community.
