In this vital role you'll uphold our core values and vision by ensuring our clients and their pets receive the very best care from start to finish.
- Provide friendly quality customer care to patients and clients
- Process invoices payments Answer phones schedule appointments obtain all necessary medical history Determine the status of the patient's immunizations tests Communicate with the doctor technical staff on the patient's arrival necessary treatments Fill prescriptions food requests over-the-counter products as instructed by veterinarian Accurately input data into computer software
