    TASK ORDER DETAILS

    In October 2015 the U.S. House of Representatives (House) implemented the Oracle Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management Public Sector Budget and Planning application.

    There are two Phases to this project. Phase 1 included budget formulation

    and projections functionality for less than 40 users. Phase 2 will include additional

    budget related functionality and a much larger user group of up to 250 concurrent users.

    Hyperion is integrated with the House PeopleSoft Financials application. The House is

    using PeopleSoft version 9.1 and tools 8.54, and the following modules: General Ledger,

    Commitment Control, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable/Billing, and

    Asset Management.

    1.2 The House is seeking a Hyperion Functional Specialist to support the House's Oracle

    Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management Public Sector Budget and Planning

    application and its integration with the PeopleSoft Financials application.

    The focus of the Functional Specialist will be reviewing and assisting with the design, configuration,

    build, and testing of dimensions, metadata, business rules, calc scripts, calc script

    customizations, Essbase application components, Smartview, data forms, Web Forms,

    Task Lists, Hyperion security, data conversion, loading source data into Hyperion, and

    integration with other applications. The Hyperion Functional Specialist will work with

    Oracle Data Integrator to manage metadata and Oracle Financial Data Management

    Enterprise Edition to load actuals data. In addition, the Hyperion Functional Specialist

    will provide production support to Financial Systems support staff, working directly with

    the functional teams, database and system administrators, and developers.

    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    See Section C.3.5.1 of the master contract.

    SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

    4.1 Support the House's ERP PeopleSoft Financials integration with the Oracle Hyperion

    Enterprise Performance Management Public Sector Planning and Budgeting application

    and Financial Data Quality Management Adapter Suite. The primary responsibility will

    be to support the functional design, build, development, enhancement, integration, and

    test activities. Areas of assistance will include dimensions, metadata, business rules, calc

    scripts, calc script customizations, Essbase application components, Smartview, data

    forms, Web Forms, Task Lists, Hyperion security, data conversion, identifying alternate

    hierarchies and loading source data into Hyperion. The Hyperion Functional Specialist

    will work with Oracle Data Integrator to manage metadata and Oracle Financial Data

    Management Enterprise Edition to load actuals data.

    4.2 In addition, providing assistance to and working with Financial Systems support staff,

    and conduct formal knowledge transfer sessions;

    Knowledge and experience with Oracle Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management

    Planning or Public Sector Planning and Budgeting application;

    6.2 Knowledge and experience working with Oracle Hyperion Enterprise Performance

    Management or higher;

    6.3 Knowledge and experience configuring dimensions and with optimal dimension design.

    6.4 Knowledge and experience identifying alternate hierarchies.

    6.5 Knowledge and experience configuring Essbase application components, business rules

    and calc scripts and calc script customizations.

    6.6 Knowledge and experience with Smartview, Data forms, and Web Forms.

    6.7 Knowledge and experience with Hyperion Security and Task Lists.

    6.8 Knowledge and experience with data conversion and loading source data into Hyperion.

    Note: Knowledge and experience with the following is a plus, but not required:

    6.9 Hyperion Public Sector Planning and Budgeting application;

    6.10 Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition, specifically Drill Through to the

    General Ledger of a Source System;

    6.11 Oracle Data Integrator

    6.12 PeopleSoft Financials, specifically the integration with Hyperion Enterprise Performance
