Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Network Tester for our client in the IT-Services domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Location: Seattle, WA

Role: Network Tester

Primary Skills: Network Architecture and Design

Role Description: The Network Tester must have at least 5+ years of experience.

Required Experience and Skills:

Proficiency in TCP/IP switching, routing, and networking automation.

Proficiency in provisioning firewall, switches, wireless access points and controllers.

Working knowledge of Wi-Fi frequencies and channels.

Experience in networking fundamentals and ability to troubleshoot issues with related tools (e.g., ICMP, traceroute, netstat, pcap, etc.).

A successful track record of network infrastructure implementation, intrusion detection, security incident mitigation and managing vendor contracts.

Working knowledge on AWS Services specific to connecting on-premises networking to cloud infrastructure.

Able to independently influence and resolve conflicts with others.

Linux experience is good to have.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
