- Inpatient care is at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, CO, Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, CO, and UCHealth Greeley Hospital in Greeley, CO.
- Includes management of pulmonary floor, step-down, and ICU patients in collaboration with pulmonology/critical care physicians
- Coordinates with other health care professionals
- Position also includes outpatient pulmonary clinic patient management at the UCHealth Pulmonary Clinic in Fort Collins CO.
- In the clinic, you will work primarily with a team of physicians and co-manage an array of pulmonary problems from COPD, asthma, ILD, pulmonary hypertension, and sleep apnea to mention a few.
- Northern Colorado is a growing area and UCHealth is growing to meet the demands of our community. Thus, the pulmonary/critical care APP role and responsibilities is subject to grow and change in the future.
- Variety- This position will have time in the clinic and hospital.
- Rotating 4 10-hour day work week, day shift 7am-5pm, M-F. Every 3rd weekend in the hospital. Our Team- Is a collaborative and cohesive group that thrives on providing the best care in the region.

- Nurse Practitioner Certification issued by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or Nurse Practitioner Certification issued by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) or Nurse Practitioner Certification issued by the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) is required for hire and must be maintained throughout employment.
