    Description

    Manages/ leads staff, task forces, and project teams in advanced systems software/hardware project efforts to maximizing use of resources to minimize risk to the successful dissemination of censuses and surveys.

    Manages projects through the systems development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis, design, software development, quality assurance, testing, training and implementation.

    Analyzes and evaluates work concerned with integrated systems of computer program and/or computer equipment.

    Serves as a technical expert and authority over management, administrative and programmatic assignments and activities for the organization supervised.
