    Position Summary:

    Hillwood IT is seeking to hire a Salesforce Developer (SD) to join our IT team working to 'make dirt digital' in a high-performing real estate enterprise. The SD will be responsible for working with the IT teams and business users to build, manage, and support a multi-org Salesforce environment, along with Box, DocuSign & Boomi platforms which are integrated with our ERP and other emerging applications. The SSD will work with a team dedicated to maximizing efficiency to capitalize on the benefits of our applications, per various business unit and user group needs.

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead business adoption and support cloud applications (Salesforce, Box, DocuSign, etc.) by providing outstanding support, administration, training, and guidance to end users.
    • Identify end user needs for functional improvements, training, and business process improvements.
    • Interact directly with stakeholders to understand their specific needs, to build, integrate, test and administer platforms accordingly.
    • Gather and articulate improvement ideas and requirements for business pursuits, including real estate development.
    • Lead development, testing and delivery of projects that enhance Salesforce & Cloud Apps.
    • Lead the aggregation of complex (and often unique) business requirements by defining the business problems, data requirements, and application capabilities.
    • Ensure high data quality through use of data management, including rules and automation.
    • Ensure projects meet business requirements, goals and fulfills end-user requirements.
    • Manage multi org Salesforce environments.
    • Oversee all Salesforce support and configurations using IT Service Management (ITSM) / ticketing system(s) to track support.
    • Proactively monitor applications and improve application availability, quality, and performance.
    • Perform daily management of business applications including enhancements, bug fixes, interfaces and other business requests.
    • Perform routine and proactive system maintenance.
    • Resolve technical issues including diagnosis of problems, recommendations for workarounds, correct defects and implement permanent root cause resolutions.
    • Provide back up support for the Cloud Apps team as needed.
    Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Deep understanding of Salesforce' platform architecture, with a proven ability to design scalable solutions using industry-leading practices.
    • Ability to define system architecture, to identify gaps between current and desired future state.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models and technologies.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred, or equivalent working experience required.
    • Salesforce Administrator or Developer certifications. (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform Developer I & 2)
    • Integration experience with Salesforce REST, Bulk, Metadata and Streaming APIs.
    • Experience with Lighting Web Components, Apex, Visual Force, SQQL, flows and Salesforce APIs.
    • 4+ years of Salesforce experience in Sales, Service & Marketing clouds
    • Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth) and DevOps processes, including Git-based deployment workflow preferred.
    • Experience documenting business process flows and functional requirement.
    • Experience with e-signature tools such as DocuSign is a plus.
    • Salesforce Pardot, Field Service, Partner and Customer communities' knowledge, a plus
    • Experience with JD Edwards, a plus.
