    Territory Sales Manager - High Pressure Laminate Products

    Salary:
    $70,000-$100,000 (based on experience)


    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join the team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive the growth and market share of High Pressure Laminate products within their designated territory.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy:
    Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned territory to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

    Market Research:
    Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive insights. Use this information to inform sales strategies.

    Customer Engagement:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry.

    Product Knowledge:
    Demonstrate expert knowledge of our exterior grade phenolic products, including their applications, features, and benefits.

    Sales Presentations:
    Create compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our HPL products.

    Sales Quotas:
    Set and meet sales quotas and provide regular sales forecasts to the management team.

    Lead Generation:
    Generate and qualify leads, then convert them into sales opportunities through effective prospecting and networking.

    Customer Support:
    Provide exceptional customer support, including resolving customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.

    Reporting:
    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Prepare regular reports for management.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
    Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the construction or building materials industry.
    Strong understanding of High Pressure Laminate products or similar construction materials.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Self-motivated and goal oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
