    Description

    Large hospital system with Skilled/Long Term Care facilities looking to bring on a Director Nursing

    30 bed Skilled/ Long Term Care Facility with a team of about 20 FTE's and 3 direct reports including an Assistant Director Nursing, Infection Control Supervisor, and a MDS Coordinator.

    Licensed RN with a Bachelors, BSN preferred.

    2+ years in a Supervisory role from a Skilled, Nursing Home, or Long Term Care facility.

    Knowledge of LTC regulations and clinical standards.

    Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required or ability to obtain within 1 month.

    Knowledge of and promotes QAPI (Quality Assurance Performance Improvement).
