Our Sales Consultants earn $120,000–$225,000+ annually, thanks to a powerhouse brand, unmatched training, and 100% company-generated leads — absolutely NO cold calling.

What You'll Do
Visit homeowners for scheduled, pre-qualified appointments
Build rapport, understand their needs, and present product solutions
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
Use our proven sales process, sample kits, and tech to help close deals
Represent a brand homeowners already know and trust

Excellent communicator who thrives on building relationships
Motivated, independent, and hungry to earn
Comfortable working evenings/weekends when homeowners are available
Organized and committed to delivering exceptional service
Compensation
This role is 100% commission with massive earning potential, supported by strong brand awareness, consistent appointments, and a proven process for success.
2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience
Track record of closing sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout assigned territory
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Availability for evening and weekend appointments
