    We currently have an opening for Technical Support Specialist whose duties will include providing technical support to our HVAC dealers, and branches, as well as our sales team, primarily via phone and e-mail. Also provides technical training for our professional HVAC dealers/technicians to enhance their ability to troubleshoot with proficiency on the latest products. RUUD and Mitsubishi will be a few of the major lines that will need to be supported.

    This Technical Support Specialist position is conveniently located at our Palmer, MA distribution center located at 1127 S Main St, Palmer, MA

    Essential Duties/Accountabilities

    • HVAC technical support.
    • Conduct technical training courses.
    • Proficiency of new technology, HVAC equipment and accessories should be maintained by attending designated training provided by manufacturers.
    • Conduct on-site job visits when necessary.
    • Responds to customers in a timely manner
    • Drive supplemental sales.
    • Some travel required.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications: HVAC Technical Support
    • Technical knowledge of HVAC service and installation s.
    • Computer experience a must.
    • Good communication as well as organizational skills.
    • Be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
    • Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the field of HVAC service.
    • Have a good working knowledge of electrical I refrigeration I air flow .
    • Be able to see a project to the end.
