What You'll Do
- Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, including trade shows, field dinners, and customer conferences
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, vendor communication, shipping, swag inventory, and on-site setup/teardown
- Collaborate with the design team to produce event collateral, signage, and branded materials
- Help manage event registration platforms, attendee communications, and pre/post-event surveys
- Track event budgets, invoices, and expenses; maintain organized records for each event
- Monitor event performance metrics (attendance, engagement, lead generation) and compile post-event recaps
- Support field marketing campaigns that drive event attendance and pipeline generation
- Attend at least one live event and take ownership of a defined workstream on-site
- How to plan and execute B2B marketing events from concept to completion
- Vendor and budget management in a corporate marketing environment
- Cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, and creative teams
- Event technology platforms and registration management tools
- How to measure event ROI and translate event data into actionable marketing insights
- Project management best practices for multi-stakeholder initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Currently a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with event platforms (e.g., , Eventbrite, Splash) is a plus
- A positive, team-first attitude and eagerness to learn
- Willingness to travel for events if needed
- Paid internship experience
