About the role


Position Description:
This position is integral to properly evaluating and complying with the facility's waste analysis plan. This person will be responsible for performing onsite laboratory and testing procedures. They will determine acceptable waste streams and work closely with operations to ensure proper processing.

We value this position as part of our facility operations team and are accountable for high-quality standards and safe working conditions.

THIS POSITION IS FOR 2nd SHIFT


Responsibilities:

• Able to follow SOP's
• Have an understanding of Wet Chemistry
• Having an understanding of Instrumental Analysis (ICP, GC, GC/MS)
• Analyze water and oil samples
• Handling oil and water samples
• Do house/lab keeping - cleaning

Requirements :

• BS in science area or Associate in Science with work some experience
• 4 years or more working in a laboratory
• Able to lift more than 25lbs
• Good Communicate skills
• Flexible working hours
• Able to work 1 Saturday once a Month
• Will be outdoors daily - walking to different parts of the facility.

Work Environment:

• Exposure to wet and/or humid conditions
• Moderate to high noise Level
• Outside weather conditions
