Job DescriptionIf you love to help people and make them feel like family, Mazda of Columbia is looking for a service advisor .
That can greet customers , schedule appointments and act as liaison between our customers and our services techs.
Job Responsibilities
Attitude is everything-greet service department customers promptly and courteously
Listen to each customer and clearly articulate repair needs to techs
Provide accurate estimates of repairs/maintenance cost
Follow up on repairs notify customer when repairs are finish.
CSI scores is important to keep customer happy and returning.
