- Accurate and timely preparation of branch and region P&L statements
- Develop and monitor branch and region budgets and forecasts
- Lead branches through the month end close process
- Coach and mentor branch teams to understand their financial performance and the tools available to help them run a profitable business
- Oversight of branch level administrative processes including but not limited to accounts receivable, billing, purchasing, accounts payable and payroll
- Four-year accounting or related degree, or equivalent experience
- A high level of proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of accounting principles and systems – command of journal entries
- Analytical ability and business acumen
- Communication and leadership skills
- Decision-making and reasoning skills
- An interest in continuous learning, and a willingness to teach others

THE POSITION
The Division Controller is responsible for financial accounting, reporting, and analysis of business performance, as well as implementation and review of compliance with administrative processes. The Division Controller will partner with the Branch Managers and Regional Vice President to develop and employ strategies to improve financial performance through forecasting, budgeting and month end reviews.
