- The role will involve managing schedules, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements handling correspondence, project/portfolio management, prepare and provide reporting as needed. Schedule and coordinate all required resources for meetings.
- Handling additional administrative tasks as necessary and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the executive's office.
- Must be able to interface well with all departments of the organization and represent the executive officer in a highly professional manner.
- Strong communication skills and multi-tasking capabilities are a must.
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office required, experience with Smart Sheet and/or project management a plus. 5+ years of experience.
