    Healthcare Recruiter

    Powell, Ohio

    LeaderStat is looking to add a Healthcare Recruiter to our post-acute team in Powell, Ohio. LeaderStat specializes in providing expert staffing, recruiting and consulting services to post-acute and acute care healthcare organizations across the U.S.

    The healthcare field is growing and changing every day and LeaderStat is positioned as one of the most respected providers of staffing, recruitment, and consulting services nationally. This is an opportunity to join our team and support our travel nurses (RNs, LPNs, CNA's) and the strategic goals and objectives of LeaderStat.

    Although this is an in-office position, we do offer flexibility and one work from home day each week.

    Responsibilities:

    • Source, recruit, and submit healthcare travelers nationwide to open client job orders
    • Recruit and screen new healthcare traveler candidates by
    • Utilizing cold calling, obtaining references or referrals, leveraging on-line sites and other resources/functions to develop an extensive database of healthcare travelers
    • Conduct in-depth qualifying interviews with healthcare traveler candidates based on LeaderStats validation and screening process
    • Carefully review the candidates resume and references to ensure they have the qualifications and competencies to meet the clients needs
    • Ensure all candidates meet high standards and have the required credentials to perform at an exceptional level for our clients
    • Ensure all candidates presented/placed have valid, current licenses for the assignment
    • Validate professional references, background checks, and other industry related requirement
    • Champion customer service satisfaction with healthcare travelers by solicitating feedback on our services, consistent communication, and intervening and resolving problem situations

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Associates degree
    • Experience with vendor management systems OR Per Diem
    • Comfortable presenting and communicating via telephone, video-conferencing, and other technology media
    • Previous recruiting experience
