+ Provides direct clinical services and therapeutic counseling for individuals obtaining services in UGMTC programs with limited supervision in alignment with UGMTC's mission vision values and goals + Exercises independent professional and ethical judgment in providing direct clinical services including assessment therapeutic counseling and consultation to individuals and groups in alignment with UGMTC's mission values and policies + Develops curriculum facilitates psycho-educational groups Conducts client clinical intakes diagnostic assessments tracks treatment plans uses established assessment case management methodology practices ensures client confidentiality updates client progress therapy notes maintains program records compliance reports confers on case issues coordinates care assists support team builds relationships attends meetings workshops leads prayer devotions supports Christian values ethics + Master's degree Psychology Counseling Social Work related field licensed Psychologist Marriage Family Therapist social worker working toward Licensed Professional Counselor LPCC Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor LPCC experience individual group work mental health issues homelessness poverty addiction brain injury County Department of Human Services St Paul permanent-supportive housing resources Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing EMDR preferred trained Microsoft Office software Case Worthy electronic health record business-related software applications read understand follow safety instructions procedures interpersonal communication skills constituencies stages recovery culturally diverse community self-motivated continuous improvement program outcomes relevant professional standards federal state local regulations cultivate supportive collaborative work environment
