- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and finance, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure and optimize marketing performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLV), and return on investment (ROI).

- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategic marketing, and incorporate relevant insights into marketing strategies and tactics.
- Provide leadership to the marketing department, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in strategic marketing roles, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership position.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Loyalty/rewards and fuel experience would be a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, CRM systems).
- Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, events).
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals and deliver results.

- The central office is located in Dallas, Texas. We are looking for someone either in the DFW area that can work a hybrid schedule or a remote candidate.
