    Strategic Marketing Director

    Location:

    • Hybrid DFW or Remote.

    BIM is a dynamic and rapidly growing SaaS payments provider dedicated to giving our partners the solution to power in-store, mobile and web commerce. We are seeking an innovative and strategic-minded Strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive business growth and achieve organizational goals in the fuel and/or loyalty and rewards space. The Strategic Marketing Director will be responsible for leading the development of comprehensive marketing plans, leveraging market insights and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing performance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop comprehensive strategic marketing plans to drive transactions, brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
    • Lead market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
    • Define target customer segments and strategize tailored marketing campaigns and messaging to effectively reach and engage target audiences.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and finance, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to measure and optimize marketing performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLV), and return on investment (ROI).
    • Lead the development of marketing collateral, including sales materials, presentations, and digital content, to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute marketing programs and initiatives effectively.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategic marketing, and incorporate relevant insights into marketing strategies and tactics.
    • Provide leadership to the marketing department, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in strategic marketing roles, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership position.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Loyalty/rewards and fuel experience would be a plus.
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, CRM systems).
    • Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, events).
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals and deliver results.
    • Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategic marketing.

    Physical Requirements:

    • The central office is located in Dallas, Texas. We are looking for someone either in the DFW area that can work a hybrid schedule or a remote candidate.
    • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
    • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for tasks such as typing, using a computer mouse, and operating office equipment.
    • Vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus for tasks such as reading documents and viewing computer screens.
    • Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.
    • Occasional travel may be required for events, meetings, or client visits.
