Description

Heartland PCA is currently seeking a full-time registered nurse (RN) for a full-time Qualified Professional (QP) to cover the DULUTH, MN area. The ideal candidate is flexible, a team player with good computer skills, and must be willing to travel throughout the area.

Duties:

Travel to clients' homes
Travel to different office locations
Supervise, train, orientate, and evaluate team of personal care assistants (PCAs)
Develop care plans
Maintain open communication between clients, staff, and case managers
Evaluate the effectiveness of PCA services
Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the physicians
Provide care education to patients in person or over the phone
Adhere to compliance guidelines throughout processes (OSHA, FDA, HIPAA)

Qualifications

Must be a Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure
At least 1 year of experience is preferred
