Security Officer - Full Time - Mornings

, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will greet employees and visitors, communicate clearly, and document observations while supporting site procedures and access control. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications and documenting actions taken per site guidelines.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
Control access by verifying identification and/or authorization for employees, contractors, and deliveries, and directing visitors to the proper check-in process.
Complete security-related reports, daily activity logs, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements

Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
This is primarily a driving post.
Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
