    Responsibilities:
    The Nurse Unit Manager plays a vital role in providing personalized care to residents, ensuring their rights, dignity, and individuality are respected. They oversee nursing assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation for all residents. Additionally, they supervise Charge Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants.


    About You:
    To qualify, you should hold a current Michigan RN license, have graduated from an accredited nursing school, and maintain CPR certification. A minimum of two years' experience in long-term care nursing is necessary. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with knowledge of long-term care management.
