    • LAS VEGAS, NVPosition TypeFull TimeDescriptionKonami Gaming is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our teamThis position is responsible for planning and execution of short and long range marketing programs targeting existing and new markets.
    This position will assist with a broad range of tactics spanning digital media, product documentation, strategic product rollouts, trade shows, and internal and external special events. This role will take a lead role with email marketing, website management, & social media. This position requires the flexibility to act autonomously while adhering to overall department and company policies and procedures.


    What you'll be doing:
    Digital Marketing Reviews, updates, and maintains company email marketing database to ensure accuracy to customer data and company data.
    Develops, tests, schedules, and monitors email marketing campaigns to ensure proper appearance and performance across the subscriber base.
    Reports on email marketing results and provides ideas and recommendations for improvement.
    Manages company websites to ensure that message is accurate, current, and on strategy to support games and systems businesses.

    Oversight responsibility for company websites including creative updating, database management, and maintenance of website, and all KGI marketing related tools.

    Daily manages social mediaincluding posting of messages on social media sites according to social media schedules/calendars or on an opportunistic basis where appropriate.

    Establishes and maintains dialogue with the market via social media in order to create meaningful relationships with customers (B2B) or casino players (B2C) in a manner designed to enhance the overall brand identity, support sales, and generate revenues.

    Generates social media visual and text materials in adherence to company brand and company product brand standards, for total positive associations across online industry interactions.

    Identifies new opportunities to leverage social media platforms to accomplish the objectives delineated in the strategic marketing plan.

    Completes and optimizes online video uploads across social media channels, including fulfillment of video descriptions, thumbnails, details, .srt captions, and clickthrough opportunities.

    Demonstrates a strong ability to create and/or oversee digital design from conceptual ideas ,modify layouts, symbols, text, and illustrations with a strong attention to detail.

    Leverages product image templates to create new product image files for new software releases. Leverages product documentation templates to generate new product documents for new software releases.

    AdvertisingCoordinates with paid media partners to deliver digital ad materials according to schedule, with appropriate data tracking and annual reporting.

    AdministrationReviews, processes, and responds to customer inquiries received via email and online contact forms.
    Maintains and updates digital marketing tool kits on company shared drivesTransfers digital marketing materials to customers by request. Campaign, Event, & Departmental SupportAssists with ensuring program and event adherence to marketing operating budget.

    Assists with the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives related to company revenue, profitability, brand awareness, brand associations, and market share.

    Assists with implementation of advertising campaigns, collateral, brochures and sales related marketing materials and direct mail pieces aligned to product or brand positioning strategy.

    Assists with the organization and execution of all planning for trade shows which KGI participates including but not limited to:

    G2E, ICE, IGA, Canadian Gaming, Southern Gaming, G2E Asia, and Australian Gaming ExpoAssists with the planning, promotion, and execution of sales meetings, user groups, community and goodwill eventsParticipates in driving consistent corporate image and branding standards throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events.

    Works with the Director of Marketing & Communications to analyze marketing programs and adjusts strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness.

    Reports to the Director of Marketing & Communications any discrepancies, changes or recommendations, and/or problems for resolution.

    QualificationsWhat we'll want you to have:
    Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in marketing, graphic design, analytics, IT, or related degree program.
    Minimum 5 years of marketing/design/analytics experience.
    Proven leader in digital marketing strategies, analytics, email marketing, social media, and web management. Computer proficiencies in various applications including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office Suite, and related software. HTML experience preferred.

    Travel Percentage:
    Minimal, employee must be flexible to the needs of the business

    Work Environment:
    Full time / 40 + hours per week. Must be flexible for overtime, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

    Must be comfortable working in a cubicle with limited working space for long hours with the ability to remain seated at the computer terminal for extended periods.

    Extreme repetitive motion using keyboard, mouse and telephone. Position can be high stress and extremely fast paced. Ability to handle directive, assess situations, enter into dialogue and complete tasks. Must be able to communicate verbally and write in English.
    Position shall maintain a cubicle in close proximity of other cubicles and offices.
    Position may attend trips to casinos or as needed. Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality. Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke.
