Job DescriptionNurse Manager - Two Positions, Float and Full-Time Adolescent UnitNursing Clinical and Administrative leader of an inpatient unit. This is a float position.
• Responsible for the provision and management of a safe and therapeutic milieu for patients.
• Acts as a clinical role model providing leadership, teaching and supervision to unit nursing staff.
• Works alongside the unit Program Director and Medical Director to deliver a team approach to patient care.
Active NYS RN license and 2 years nursing leadership or nursing experience required.
BSN preferred.
Experienced based salary scale starting at $50.00 per hour with additional for education, leadership experience and for formal certification in bi-lingual language proficiency.
