- Process/code high volume of invoices daily (up to 100 utilizing two way matching)
- Verify/enter/process employee expenses
- Cut/mail checks weekly
- Handle credit card/AP reconciliations
- Create AP journal entries for general ledger
- Minimum three years of accounts payable experience required
- Manufacturing industry experience highly desired
- Solid Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook knowledge
- Proficiency using accounting software
- High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Solid communication, customer service, organizational and mathematical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
- Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week - onsite
- $20-22/hr.
