    LHH Recruitment Solutions has an Accounts Payable Specialist role open with our client in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, long termcontract opportunity.

    Responsibilities

    • Process/code high volume of invoices daily (up to 100 utilizing two way matching)
    • Verify/enter/process employee expenses
    • Cut/mail checks weekly
    • Handle credit card/AP reconciliations
    • Create AP journal entries for general ledger

    Experience

    • Minimum three years of accounts payable experience required
    • Manufacturing industry experience highly desired

    Skills/Knowledge

    • Solid Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook knowledge
    • Proficiency using accounting software
    • High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
    • Solid communication, customer service, organizational and mathematical skills

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred

    Work Hours/Pay Rate

    • Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week - onsite
    • $20-22/hr.
