    Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for all full-time hires

    Competitive Salary: $29.00-$33.00/hr with shift differentials

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in care planning and treatments for residents under the direct supervision of the RN, consulting with other nursing staff as needed.
    • Demonstrate basic knowledge and skills required to care for the resident population on an assigned unit.
    • Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice provided is within State and Federal guidelines.
    • Document care provided and report changes in resident status to shift supervisor.
    • Review all referrals for consultation, treatment, or resolution of problems to ensure they are valid and applicable to documented nurse plans.
    • Seek opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain competency levels.
    • Set and implement goals and policies consistent with the philosophy and purpose of FutureCares nursing facility.

    Qualifications:

    • Must hold an active LPN license issued in the state of Maryland.
    • One year of nursing experience preferred.
    • Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or long-term health care facility is a plus.
    • Team player with strong work ethic and willingness to assist where needed.
    • Must possess a current CPR license.
    • Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal communication with all personnel, residents, and families.
