LHH is looking for a Senior Litigation Attorney in Laguna Hills, CA. This would be a full time, permanent role with a great law firm.
Responsibilities:
• Trial litigation attorney with 10+ years of experience.
• Experienced representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, and negotiating settlements.
• Handle cases from intake to litigation, manage all aspects of civil litigation from complaint/answer through jury trial including all aspects of discovery and post-trial motions.
Experience:
• In good standing with the state bar of California.
• Trial litigation attorney with 10+ years of experience.
• Business litigation or commercial litigation is a plus but is not needed.
Details:
• Onsite every day in Laguna Hills, CA.
• Parking is provided.
• Billables: 150/month.
• Hours are flexible but 9-6pm.
• This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $125,000 to $175,000 and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and 401k plans.
