    JOB TITLE: MARKETING PROGRAM MANAGER

    LOCATION:

    THE ROLE:

    Splice is looking to hire a highly skilled and organized Program Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for evolving and developing the marketing team's process while managing the scope, development, execution, and delivery of Splice's marketing projects. Reporting to the CMO, you will help foster cross-functional relationships by identifying opportunities for streamlining workflows, implementing best practices, and optimizing project management methodologies.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Manage all organizational aspects of marketing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones
    • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed project plans for a variety of marketing projects
    • Create weekly status reports for all projects managed
    • Drive project and tasks to completion
    • Develop processes that streamline communication and workflow efficiency
    • Proactively identify and resolve any project roadblocks or challenges that arise
    • Coordinate with internal teams to align on a project's objectives and expectations
    • Ensure all marketing project requests have enough information to execute efficiently
    • Communicate major milestones and upcoming deadlines, as well as bottlenecks and other problems, to ensure successful delivery of marketing projects
    • Serve as a key point of contact for all stakeholders, providing clear and timely communication, managing expectations, and fostering collaboration

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • 5+ years of related work experience
    • A creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities
    • Previous project management experience within an in-house marketing team
    • Proficient in Airtable (Splice's primary project management tool)
    • A desire to be close to creative work and drive the creative process
    • Experience managing cross-functional projects with attention to detail
    • Strong ability to manage and prioritize tasks
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills
    • Highly detail-oriented
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results on time

    The national pay range for this role is $122,500 - $135,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
