Customer Service Representative – Luxury Dry Cleaner (Full-Time)

White Plains, NY
We are a busy, high-end dry cleaning and laundry service located in the heart of White Plains, serving discerning clients who expect the very best. We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our front-counter team.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist customers at the front counter
- Accurately tag/log incoming dry cleaning and laundry orders using our POS system
- Retrieve and hand back finished orders with care and attention to detail
- Answer phones, take orders, and handle customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-counter area
- Assist with light assembly/packaging of orders when needed
Requirements:
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – excellent communication is a must
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, can-do attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer/point-of-sale experience (will train on our system)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Weekend availability strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting pay: $18.00 per hour
- Pay increase upon successful completion of training period
