    Role Overview

    The Retail Manager will oversee all day-to-day retail operations, ensuring the storefront operates efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with the Fishermens Source brand.

    • Retail Leadership & Sales Performance: Drive revenue growth, manage inventory, lead and develop the retail team.
    • Inventory & Merchandising Strategy: Maintain disciplined inventory control, execute high-impact merchandising strategies by season and fishery.
