    We are searching for a competitive producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. Your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

    • Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses
    • Excellent Communication Skills – Written, Verbal, and Auditory

    • Dedicated to customer service
    • Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
    Responsibilities: We encourage each team member to bring their authentic skills and insights to work each day helping our customers.
    • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
    • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
    • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
    • Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

    Hours: 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM

    Offices in: Memphis, TN

    Compensation: Starting at $32,000 - $35,000 Per Year (plus commission 6K-12K)

    I began my career as a State Farm Agent on July 1, 2005, and have been serving Midtown, Downtown, and all of Memphis since then. My agency recently became dual licensed and able to serve Mississippi customers as well. I serve on the board of directors of the Cooper-Young Business Association as President and am a Cooper-Young Festival Board Member.
    My focus in the agency is to serve our customers first and treat them as the Golden Rule says. In fact, that is our agency's vision statement. Using the RICP (Retirement Income Accredited Professional) education and training, I work with our customers in planning for retirement, specifically on formulating plans to spend down the assets that have been accumulated in the most tax efficient manner, including how and when to file for social security.
    I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the lake, and traveling.
