Kadlec is seeking a full-time board eligible/board certified Urogynecologist to join our well-established Kadlec Clinic in Richland, Washington.

This is an outstanding opportunity for both new graduates and experienced physicians to become part of a large, collaborative, and highly supportive team.

Monday to Friday schedule
No call
Blend of 50/50 clinic and OR time
Opportunity to build your own patient panel
Access to 2 Da Vinci Robots
New graduates are encouraged to apply but experience is a plus
Compensation is between $343,767 and $485,025 per year
Benefits include health, vision, dental and retirement
As a non-profit, Kadlec qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
