Job summary
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and putting people first. As an Occupational Therapist at Aleca Home Health, you will have the opportunity to elevate your career and earnings through our innovative Direct Care Profit Share Program.The ideal candidate will be a licensed Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 2 years experience in OT and a minimum of 1 year experience in Home Health OT. The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing, motivating and assisting patients in learning and improving activities of daily living under the supervision of the Rehab Director.
