- Assisting the Sales team with estimating foundation requirements for specified equipment
- Maintenance of product libraries and drawings.
- Updates, revisions, ECNs.
- Product development.
- Detailing fabrication drawings for the various products/projects.
- Managing and ensuring high quality and accuracy of product fabrication:
- Inspection and verification.
- Working with and assist in development of our network of fabricators in a continuous improvement format.
- Maintaining delivery schedules.
- Assisting as needed in the generation of proposals, quotes, and sales efforts:
- Unit modification.
- Procuring pricing for specials.
- Generating clarification and approval drawings.
- Providing quotes for replacement parts, filters, and maintenance items for OEM and aftermarket sales opportunities.
- Assisting in the assembly of maintenance manuals, support documentation, incidental delivery and field install support.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication and other relationship-building skills is required
- Estimating experience will be considered a plus
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
- Ability to navigate AutoDesk applications including AutoCAD, Vault, Revit, Robot & Inventor 3D modeling
- 5 years (minimum) construction and/or plant engineering experience
