    Talent Consultant Group is partnered with an engineering firm who is looking to add a Corporate Recruiter to their growing team in Santa Rosa, CA.
    We are seeking a talented and motivated Corporate Recruiterwith a focus in civil engineering to join our team. The Corporate Recruiter will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to meet the evolving needs of our organization. This position requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers across various departments.

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
    • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive and efficient interview experience.
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing timely communication and support throughout the hiring process.
    • Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress, maintain recruitment records, and generate reports as needed.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a corporate recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
