Join Our Team as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Soliant Health!

If you have a passion for helping elementary and K-8 students, we have an exciting opportunity for you near San Martin, CA. As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with us, you'll play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders.

Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary or K-8 students.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs.
Conduct therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress.
Maintain accurate records of student assessments, progress, and therapy outcomes.
Participate in team meetings to discuss student needs and progress.
Provide training and resources on speech and language development and intervention strategies.
Monitor and adjust therapy plans to ensure student success.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in California.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of speech and language development and disorders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
