We're in search of a Product manager-AI & Data Marketing Solutions to play a pivotal role in developing and supervising these initiatives. This position will focus on harnessing data-driven insights to enrich customer engagement and boost service revenue for automotive dealers. The Product manager will closely collaborate with our data architects and product teams to construct a robust data lake and ensure our product strategy aligns with our mission of delivering unparalleled value to our consumers. We're seeking someone with a solid grasp of the automotive dealer ecosystem, data lake and AI applied solutions, combined with expertise in product management and marketing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and communicate a clear vision for Ikon's data lake, data sources, and AI insight initiatives, in line with company objectives and customer needs.
    • Collaborate with data architects to construct and optimize a comprehensive data lake, ensuring its compatibility with advanced analytics and AI-driven marketing insights.
    • Identify and integrate pertinent sources into the data platform, ensuring a dynamic view of customer behaviors and preferences.
    • Utilize the data lake to derive profound, actionable insights, facilitating personalized and effective marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and dealer service revenue.
    • Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, customer support, and IT teams to ensure the successful implementation and efficacy of data-driven marketing strategies.
    • Stay informed of industry trends and competitor strategies to uphold Ikon's position as an innovator in the automotive sector. Maintain communication with dealer and consumer customers to refine the product strategy based on feedback.
    • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, continuously refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
    • Integrate data from various customer touchpoints to understand preferences and behaviors, enhancing personalization and engagement.
    • Leverage vehicle telematics and usage data to provide tailored service recommendations, improving customer retention and dealer service revenue.
    • Incorporate broader automotive and economic data to anticipate market shifts and align marketing strategies accordingly.

    Job Qualifications:

    • Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Business, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 5years proven experience in automotive product management, preferably within a data-driven marketing context.
    • Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics, and AI-driven marketing strategies.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
    • Innovative thinker with a track record of driving growth through strategic initiatives.
