• Bonus: $15,000 sign-on/relocation

Job Description:

Our 170-bed hospital in Arizona is seeking an experienced Director of Surgical Services to manage its Operating Room suites. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing Operating Room suites, with at least 3 years of experience as a Director of OR in an acute care hospital.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the Surgical Services Department - Ensure high-quality patient care and safety throughout the department - Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote efficiency and effectiveness - Manage the department's budget and resources effectively - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care - Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure they meet department goals and objectives - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in surgical techniques, technology, and regulations - Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, as well as hospital policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field - Active RN license in the state of Arizona - Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Operating Room suites - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Director of OR in a critical care hospital - Knowledge of surgical procedures, techniques, and technology - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
