Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership Compliance Policy Management Talent Management Compensation Benefit Administration Employee Relations Performance Engagement Analytics Reporting Employee Advocacy Relations Training Development Directly supervise HR support staff
  • Active member of the senior leadership team Guides manages administration all Human Resource services programs policies ensure consistency compliance HR regulatory requirements best practices Manages guides overall talent management strategy workforce planning staffing recruitment hiring training onboarding offboarding Administers benefits insurance programs trainings 401k Review maintain implement compensation program job classification surveying analyzing salary data Serves resource management team personnel issues addressing planned unexpected occurrences point contact employee inquiries concerns conflict resolution Maintain compliance reporting include manage workers compensation unemployment ADA FMLA COBRA OSHA EEO1 AAP audits among other requirements.
