The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, including supervising a team of CDL drivers, providing technical support and guidance, and ensuring the efficient management of our fleet. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. If you have experience in logistics and transportation, and are looking for a new challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate logistics operations, including scheduling and routing deliveries.
    • Supervise and manage a team of CDL drivers to ensure high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide expert advice and guidance to drivers on mechanical issues and maintenance procedures.
    • Maintain accurate records of Preventative Maintenance (PM) logs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Requirements:

    • Valid Class A or B CDL with Hazmat endorsement.
    • Proven experience in logistics and transportation coordination.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
