- Join a team of 3 other general surgeons and a breast surgeon
- Schedule includes 1.5-2 days of clinic work and 1.5 days weekly for operating room responsibilities, with 4 hours of administrative time per week, which can be done remotely
- Involvement in Acute Care and Trauma Surgery (Level 3) call rotation alongside fellow surgeons in the practice
- Typically handle a census of 20 patients per clinic day per Surgeon
- On-call duty ratio of 1:5
- 189-bed non-profit facility with affiliations to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center
- Designated as a Level 3 Trauma Center
- Witnesses approximately 70,000 visits annually
