- Identifies and defines customer technical training needs and requirements.
- Develops technical training proposals.
- Evaluates and determines training objectives, content, design, and technologies.
- Uses specialized software technology to research, develop and modify new and existing media and materials.
- Prepares lesson plans and instructs participants.
- Researches, develops, delivers, and evaluates effectiveness of standard technical training.
- Supports developing and documenting training standards and specifications.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.
- 5+ years of experience performing aircraft maintenance on CV-22, AC/HC/MC-130J, HH-60G, or UH-1N.
- Bachelor's Degree and 9+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD and 4+ years' related work experience, Master's Degree and +7 years' related work experience, or 13+ years' related work experience, etc.).
- Fluency and/or adaptability with computer-based applications.
- 5+ years of Carrier Flight Deck experience
- Courseware Development and Instructor experience
