    Service Specialist


    As a Service Specialist at Apple, your main responsibility is to help new owners get started and current ones get quick and efficient support.

    You will be tasked with developing strong, positive relationships with Apple and its customers.


    Responsibilities:


    Assess customer situations quickly and offer advice or a solution using your knowledge of current Apple technology, specifically iPod, iPhone, and iPad devices.

    Refer customers to support team members when necessary to get them up and running again.

    Provide personal training for new customers to acquire basic skills needed for photo, video, and music projects.


    Commitment to providing the best care for customers and maintaining strong relationships with them to contribute to the overall success of Apple.


    Qualifications:
    Excellent customer service skills.

    Strong knowledge of current Apple technology, including iPod, iPhone, and iPad devices.

    Ability to assess customer situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions.

    Ability to work well in a team environment.
